Senior Product Designer: Lead UX for enterprise data security, hybrid in Tel Aviv. Drive design from concept to execution, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. Collaborate cross-functionally to raise the bar for enterprise UX.
Responsibilities
- Champion the design process, exploring big ideas and refining them into feasible, detailed solutions
- Produce storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual assets
- Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to build user interface mockups and prototypes
- Give and solicit feedback to raise design quality
- Cultivate customer relationships to ensure designs meet user needs
- Contribute to evolving the design language and design system
- Work alongside UI engineers for precise implementation
- Help set the standard for consumer-grade design in the enterprise sector
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design (Visual Communication, Interactive, or related)
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design skills
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills
- Solid presentation and communication abilities
- Passion for consistent, high-quality design execution
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to listen and value diverse perspectives
