Own the complete product design function for a B2B cybersecurity platform. Lead research, product definition, UX and UI design, design systems, prototyping, implementation support, and continuous improvement while working closely with founders, product, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own product design from customer research and problem definition through implementation
- Conduct customer interviews, user research, and usability testing
- Define product requirements and contribute to PRDs, user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria
- Translate complex cybersecurity workflows into clear, intuitive experiences
- Build, document, maintain, and scale the design system
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and interaction specifications
- Support developers during implementation, review builds, and maintain design quality
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, product definition, prototyping, design, and development collaboration
- Support marketing and brand design when needed
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product design experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems, including components, variables, tokens, libraries, documentation, and governance
- Advanced Figma skills, including Auto Layout, responsive components, variants, properties, variables, prototyping, and developer handoff
- Strong UX, UI, interaction, visual, and graphic design capabilities
- Experience contributing to product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and feature definition
- Strong daily use of AI tools in product design workflows
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take full ownership
- Good spoken and written English for direct customer conversations
Nice to have
- Experience designing cybersecurity products
- Experience with complex dashboards, permissions, alerts, and data-heavy enterprise workflows
- Familiarity with front-end development and design-to-code workflows
