Own the end-to-end user experience of an AI compliance platform for financial services. You will shape the product narrative across workflows and features, build scalable design systems, and establish a coherent experience as the platform grows.
Responsibilities
- Own product design and user experience across the platform
- Maintain a coherent product narrative across flows, screens, and features
- Build and evolve the design system
- Ensure new features align with the overall product vision
- Identify experience gaps and drive design strategy to address them
- Establish frameworks that help the organization scale design quality
Requirements
- Experience owning UX across a broad product scope rather than individual features
- Background designing in a SaaS startup environment
- Ability to connect product design with user stories, usage, adoption, and business outcomes
- Experience building design systems and frameworks that maintain quality while supporting rapid delivery
- Fluency in Figma and Claude Design
- Ability to balance speed, quality, and product vision
- Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving skills
