Join a cutting-edge AI voice agent platform to design and ship innovative experiences that help users build, optimize, and trust voice agents. Work alongside product and engineering, owning problems from concept to production, using AI tools to shape a new interface category.
Responsibilities
- Own problems from vague business goals through research, exploration, and shipped solutions, leading decisions and defending them with reasoning.
- Define and ship agent experiences that help users understand, shape, and trust voice agents.
- Design the connective tissue between voice conversations and the surrounding interface, including configuration, review, handoff, and reporting.
- Use coding agents and vibe-coding tools to take your own work directly to production, not just to prototype.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to set strategic priorities for your domain.
- Validate designs through research, experimentation, and real usage data.
- Raise the craft bar and mentor the team; push new processes and share learnings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products, including 0→1 work.
- High AI fluency with a proven track record using coding agents and vibe-coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to ship to production.
- Strong portfolio of shipped products that drove real impact.
- Exceptional interaction and visual craft, able to turn complex problems into experiences that land emotionally.
- Systems thinking to ensure individual interactions add up to one coherent experience.
- Experience working with and extending a design system.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication; team-first mindset.
- High level of written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience designing conversational or agent-based interfaces.
- Prior B2B SaaS or sales-tech experience.
- A degree in visual communication from a leading academic institution.
