We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences for a telehealth platform. You will conduct UX research, design high-fidelity interfaces, and maintain design systems to drive measurable business outcomes across web and mobile.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points
- Translate insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design high-fidelity user interfaces for responsive web and mobile applications
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance across all platforms
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA to ensure precise implementation
- Validate design decisions with data and iterate based on user feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in tech or startup environments
- Experience at a B2C company
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design for web and/or mobile apps
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel for product analytics
- Ability to turn designs into functional code using AI development tools such as Claude Code
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma
- Solid understanding of design thinking, user-centered design, and lean UX methodologies
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Experience with design systems and documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills
Nice to have
- Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, or regulated industries
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
