Seeking a cross-platform Product Designer to create scalable, user-centered designs for a leading home renovation and design platform. Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver intuitive experiences across web and mobile. Responsibilities
- Design scalable concepts from early business needs to pixel-perfect implementation across multiple platforms and content types.
- Drive design ideas through rough concepts to final implementation, optimizing current experiences.
- Work within and improve the design system, recognizing opportunities to enhance the design language.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data analytics teams to build the best user experience.
- Participate in brainstorming new ideas and concepts while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped product designs that solve specific user problems.
- Deep understanding of problem-solving, creating intuitive experiences considering business requirements and technical complexities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale verbally and visually.
- Understanding of product design trends, including interaction patterns for web and mobile.
- Self-motivated, quick learner with a collaborative mentality and desire to mentor other designers.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, cross-time-zone environment.
