Responsibilities
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and design opportunities.
- Perform user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Develop low-fidelity wireframes and user flows with a mobile-first approach.
- Define interaction design and create high-fidelity prototypes with detailed development instructions.
- Design creative assets, iconography, micro-animations, and illustrations to enhance user experience.
- Lead usability testing for native and web apps using Figma prototypes or live products.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with design systems across platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and visual design systems.
- Portfolio demonstrating design work (link required).
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate design decisions.
- Quick learner, self-starter with problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with technical constraints for web (HTML/CSS, responsive) and mobile (Android/iOS).
