Fashion brand seeking an accessories designer to develop products from seasonal concepts through sampling and production. The role is on-site in either Tel Aviv or New York.
Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal accessory concepts, sketches, color palettes, and material proposals
- Propose accessories balancing original design, functionality, and customer needs
- Identify and evaluate vendors, manufacturers, and material suppliers
- Select materials, hardware, and finishes based on comfort, durability, quality, and cost
- Create technical drawings and specifications covering dimensions, materials, construction, and colorways
- Review samples, communicate corrections, and resolve issues through final approval
- Coordinate with Product Development, Production, and Planning on costs, assortments, and deadlines
- Organize design files and sample feedback and incorporate customer insights into future designs
Requirements
- At least 4 years of accessories design experience with a fashion brand
- Portfolio showing products that entered production
- Experience taking products from concept through sampling and production
- Strong knowledge of materials, hardware, construction, and finishing
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, including technical drawings and product specifications
- Ability to manage multiple styles, budgets, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration
