An in-house consumer technology company is seeking a hands-on UI/UX Designer to create digital products and end-to-end experiences that improve conversion, engagement, and customer growth. The role is based in Tel Aviv and partners closely with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design digital products and user experiences across customer touchpoints.
- Own projects from initial concept through final pixel implementation.
- Complete the full design cycle, including visual exploration, interface design, and delivery to development.
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs for all states and scenarios.
- Balance user needs with business objectives while improving the overall customer experience.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define, deliver, and ensure high-quality implementation of products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, media arts, visual communication, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of user behavior, usability, simplicity, and conversion.
- Highly proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
- Collaborative, adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
