Responsibilities
- Define UX strategy and design for a cyber defense platform and Agentic AI products.
- Conduct user research and transform telemetry into actionable design insights.
- Lead the full design process, from user research and journey mapping to prototyping and visual design.
- Design intuitive authentication and challenge experiences balancing security and user friction.
- Create data visualizations and dashboard experiences for security teams to interpret AI-driven insights.
- Partner with product management and engineering to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility.
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system across all product touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in enterprise software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing intuitive interfaces for data-heavy platforms and complex user journeys.
- Expertise in user-centered design, user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with Agentic AI and modern design methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into seamless user experiences.
- Strategic mindset with experience partnering with product and engineering leadership.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to advocate design decisions.

- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and architectures.
