Join a development team supporting complex, business-critical, real-time systems. This role combines Oracle database administration with understanding of application and business logic.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Oracle databases supporting complex production systems.
  • Optimize queries and tune database performance.
  • Troubleshoot database issues in high-availability environments.
  • Understand application logic and business requirements alongside database infrastructure.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA, preferably in application-focused database administration.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with query optimization, performance tuning, and diagnosing performance issues.
  • Experience supporting complex, mission-critical production systems with high availability.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to work independently in complex environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with real-time or OLTP systems, financial or payment platforms, and high-volume transaction environments.
  • Experience with Oracle 11g or 19c, AWS, or Oracle RDS.
