Lead BI front-end development team, driving transition to modern BI solutions. Responsible for technical specifications, data modeling, cloud/on-prem integrations, and analytics. Collaborate with business, developers, and end-users to deliver data-driven decision-making tools for thousands of users.
Responsibilities
- Lead transition from existing BI solutions to innovative ones
- Write technical specifications based on business requirements and model new content domains
- Design data models and plan integration processes between cloud and on-premises systems
- Analyze requirements and provide professional guidance to development teams implementing new BI technologies
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and end-users
- Lead automation processes, develop analytical models, and produce business reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Extensive knowledge and experience in data modeling
- At least 3 years of experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau
- Full proficiency in SQL and DAX
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Python and Microsoft Fabric
- Familiarity with ETL tools and enterprise data sources (SAP, ERP, MES)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- End-to-end project management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams
- Technological curiosity and staying updated with new BI technologies
