Support strategic decision-making through data analysis and the specification, maintenance, and monitoring of BI and data warehouse processes. Work with development and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to support strategic business decisions.
- Specify and maintain business tables, business logic, and ETL processes for business dashboards and data systems.
- Monitor and validate data processes to ensure information quality and continuity.
- Perform complex SQL analyses.
- Define business and technical requirements and plan solutions.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams.
Requirements
- Proven BI and data warehouse development experience in large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of data warehouse development methods and layers, including STG, MRR, DIM, and FACT.
- Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with ETL tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have
- Experience in insurance or financial services.
- Experience with DataStage or Talend.
