Business Intelligence Manager
Lead commercial planning, forecasting, and data analysis to drive sales performance and strategic decisions. Build dashboards, manage CRM and BI tools, and drive automation across a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting, planning, and commercial performance monitoring processes.
- Analyze sales performance, KPIs, market trends, customer behavior, and field insights to support strategic decisions.
- Conduct commercial, customer, user, and field surveys to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and measurement frameworks.
- Translate complex data into actionable strategic and field-level insights.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on business planning and performance evaluations.
- Lead commercial systems and digital tools, including CRM, BI platforms, and reporting automation.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Prepare business reviews, management presentations, and recommendations.
- Proactively challenge existing ways of working and initiate efficiency solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial analysis, sales planning, or business analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent Hebrew and English (speech, writing, reading).
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Salesforce, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to connect data to business impact.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- High ownership, proactivity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
