Join an organizational security operations team monitoring information security systems and responding to cyber incidents in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor information security systems and investigate alerts and cyber incidents.
- Analyze, diagnose, and respond to information security incidents.
- Operate SIEM and monitoring systems.
- Escalate incidents to infrastructure and security teams when necessary.
- Track incidents through resolution and document them in the relevant system.
- Operate log collection and alerting processes.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, support, users, information security, and IT teams.
- Work full time in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, at the Tel Aviv office.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in security monitoring operations.
- Professional experience in information security.
- Experience with security systems such as firewalls, antivirus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.
- Knowledge of network topologies and basic communication protocols.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Completion of an information security course of at least 100 hours.
- Ability to analyze and handle security incidents.
