Provide post-sales technical support and training to customers using electronic design automation (EDA) software. Help customers address design challenges and optimize their designs; occasionally support business development with technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales technical support for EDA design and simulation software
- Help customers resolve technical challenges and optimize designs
- Deliver customer training on EDA software tools
- Occasionally contribute technical expertise to sales and business development
Requirements
- Degree in electronics or physics
- Knowledge of RF/microwave or high-speed digital design
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a relevant area, such as circuit or board-level design, electromagnetic simulation, signal integrity, or power integrity
- Knowledge of one or more EDA tools, such as ADS, GOLDENGATE, EMPRO, or SYSTEMVUE
- Fluent written and spoken Hebrew and English
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience with non-company EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, EMX, SIwave, or Ansoft HFSS
