Perion is hiring a Technical Account Manager in Tel Aviv to manage publisher partnerships across display, CTV, video, and mobile app advertising. The role is hybrid, with at least three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of publishers across display, CTV, video, and mobile apps
- Lead partner onboarding, optimization, and growth activities
- Drive adoption of supply path advertising products and reporting dashboards
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing publisher accounts
- Troubleshoot bid requests, win rates, bid caching, pricing, fee structures, and creative issues with product and DevOps teams
- Analyze performance reports, identify risks, and recommend improvements to publisher outcomes and supply quality
- Build senior relationships and act as a trusted advisor to publisher partners
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, publisher success, or business development at a media company, agency, or publisher
- Experience in programmatic advertising, including header bidding, bid dynamics, SSPs, DSPs, and supply path optimization
- Experience managing mobile app publishers or working in mobile app advertising
- Ability to analyze data and turn findings into actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple accounts
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics platforms
- Experience with Jira or comparable project management tools
- Familiarity with Jounce Media and supply path optimization standards
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
