Senior Technical Account Manager
Lead technical relationships and complex analytics implementations for strategic and enterprise customers. Advise stakeholders on scalable solutions, guide technical strategy, and partner with internal teams to deliver customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own technical relationships with strategic and enterprise customers
- Lead technical strategy, scoping, and execution for complex analytics implementation projects
- Guide customers toward stable, scalable solutions using implementation best practices
- Build dashboards and data models and configure analytics products
- Handle customer requests and technical support tickets independently
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and advise customers on technical decisions
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to varied audiences
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams
- Understand customer use cases and help maximize the value of analytics technology
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- Experience leading or supporting complex software implementations or managed services, ideally involving cloud environments, data warehouses, or business intelligence
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues with customers through web meetings
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence, database management, analytics, or integration tools
- Experience creating and delivering customized technical presentations and demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with analytics data modeling strategies and concepts
- Proficiency in SQL and Linux
- Experience with data modeling tools such as Sisense, Tableau, or Power BI
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or similar programming languages
- Experience with REST APIs
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with React, Next.js, Vue.js, or other JavaScript frameworks
- Hands-on experience embedding software into another application
- Knowledge of SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT-based SSO methods
