Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for customers implementing tax- and accounting-focused equity workflows
- Advise customers on equity guidance, valuation models, and stock-based compensation reporting
- Ensure accurate setup and ongoing accounting treatment for options, RSUs, PIUs, and other equity instruments
- Interpret modification events, expense impacts, and audit requirements
- Collaborate with Product and R&D to improve accounting modules and tax reporting
- Advise finance leaders on routine and advanced accounting scenarios
- Build strong customer relationships and drive long-term customer success
Requirements
- Background in tax, accounting, financial reporting, or audit; Big Four experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of ASC 718, IFRS 2, and equity compensation accounting
- Experience supporting audit cycles, close processes, or stock-based compensation reporting
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to customers
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- CPA or equivalent credential
- Experience with multi-jurisdiction tax requirements for equity
- Experience with equity platforms, payroll systems, or global finance environments
