Lead strategic planning, portfolio management, investment prioritization, and growth initiatives for a global graphics solutions business. Partner with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to translate long-term ambitions into strategic choices and executable plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead long-range planning, portfolio reviews, and executive strategy discussions
- Translate business vision into strategic priorities, portfolio choices, investment trade-offs, and growth initiatives
- Assess portfolio performance, market attractiveness, growth potential, profitability, strategic fit, and investment options
- Develop market assessments, scenario analyses, business cases, and executive recommendations
- Support evaluations of acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
- Build alignment across business units and functions around strategic priorities and shared value creation
- Establish strategic frameworks, planning cadences, portfolio dialogues, and follow-up forums
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7–12 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, investment banking, corporate development, or business transformation
- Experience leading complex strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience developing business strategies, portfolio recommendations, investment cases, and executive-level materials
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Exceptional structured problem-solving, executive communication, and presentation abilities
Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent advanced business education
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, venture investments, or portfolio expansion
- Experience in technology, industrial manufacturing, software, services, or capital equipment businesses
