A hands-on consulting role implementing Google Workspace and AI tools for customers. The consultant will configure environments, develop basic solutions and automations, and support users through training and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Implement workflows using Gmail, Drive, Shared Drives, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar, Meet, and Chat.
- Set up customer demo environments and use-case scenarios.
- Apply Gemini and NotebookLM to organizational workflows.
- Build solutions, prototypes, and basic automations.
- Manage users, groups, permissions, and information structures in Google Workspace.
- Prepare guides, training materials, and exercises; deliver training, workshops, and user support sessions.
- Work with consultants and managers to map and design workflows.
- Help prepare proposals, demonstrations, and professional customer responses.
- Develop familiarity with AppSheet, Apps Script, and Workspace Studio.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of practical Google Workspace experience in implementation, adoption, advanced support, or enterprise administration.
- Good familiarity with core Google Workspace tools.
- Basic experience with Admin Console, user and group management, and permissions.
- Practical familiarity with Gemini and AI capabilities in the Google environment.
- Experience delivering training or demonstrations, or working directly with customers and users.
Nice to have
- Experience with AppSheet, Apps Script, Workspace Studio, or other automation tools.
- Experience setting up Shared Drives and planning permissions and information structures.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 migrations or mixed Google and Microsoft environments.
- Experience implementing systems in large, public-sector, or regulated organizations.
- Experience with a Google Workspace partner, distributor, or integrator.
