Responsibilities
- Support monitoring, evaluation, and results-based management assignments
- Develop results frameworks, indicators, baselines, targets, and monitoring tools
- Conduct evaluations, impact assessments, and performance reviews
Requirements
- Master’s degree in economics, statistics, development studies, public policy, social sciences, or a related field
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience
- C1-level English
- Experience designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and results-based management systems
- Experience developing indicators, baselines, targets, results frameworks, and monitoring tools
- Experience conducting evaluations, impact assessments, or performance reviews
Nice to have
- Arabic language skills
- Experience providing training and capacity-building sessions
- Experience with EU-funded programmes
