Join a management consulting team delivering operating model strategy and transformation projects for banks, insurers, credit card companies, and other financial institutions across Israel.
Responsibilities
- Lead operating model design and organizational transformation projects
- Diagnose, design, and implement organizational structures, operating processes, and management mechanisms
- Develop integrated people, process, technology, and AI solutions to improve performance and business value
- Partner with executive leadership teams and lead joint client teams from strategy development through implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading academic institution
- At least 3 years of experience leading operating model, transformation, organizational consulting, or operational excellence projects
- Experience working with banks, insurance companies, credit card companies, or other financial services organizations
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Master’s degree
- Experience at a consulting firm or in an internal strategy role within financial services
