Support client transformation projects by analyzing business processes and data, building AI automations, and developing practical solutions for procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze processes and data across procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing
- Gather client requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Build AI agents in Copilot Studio and workflows in Power Automate
- Create Power BI and Excel dashboards and management reports
- Develop business cases and perform operational and financial analysis
- Support project governance, action tracking, and implementation follow-up
- Help facilitate workshops with client teams and leadership
- Create prompts, templates, and knowledge assets for effective AI use
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or Information Systems, or a data engineering diploma
- Up to three years of experience; recent graduates are welcome
- Advanced Excel skills
- Regular hands-on use of Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools for analysis, writing, or research
- Ability to write clear and effective prompts
- Fluent written and spoken Hebrew and English
- Willingness to visit client sites across Israel
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or SQL
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Priority, Oracle, or QAD
- Background in operations, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing
- An AI project or automation built at work, university, or independently
