A consulting firm is seeking an experienced AI Adoption and Implementation Consultant for a freelance, project-based hybrid role in Central Israel. The consultant will help clients adopt, implement, and scale AI solutions, working with business leaders, executives, end users, and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI solution adoption and implementation for clients across multiple industries.
- Translate client business and technology needs into practical AI-driven solutions.
- Design and develop AI training programs, learning journeys, workshops, and enablement materials.
- Guide organizational readiness, change management, and sustainable AI adoption initiatives.
- Design, develop, and implement AI agents, AI assistants, and business automation solutions.
- Work with AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar technologies.
- Partner with stakeholders to maximize business value from AI investments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in AI development, software development, AI implementation, technology consulting, or related technology roles.
- Proven experience developing AI-based solutions, applications, agents, or automation capabilities.
- Experience in instructional design, training development, facilitation, and creating enablement materials for business and technology audiences.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and leading AI platforms.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into high-value AI solutions.
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with executives, development teams, team leads, clients, and cross-functional technology stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience developing AI agents and agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Vertex AI, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Experience leading AI adoption, enablement, digital transformation, or change management programs.
- Experience in consulting firms or client-facing enterprise projects.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership teams.
