Responsibilities
- Own the entire product lifecycle from conception through launch to operations and continuous improvement.
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into structured product requirements, epics, and user stories.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog in close collaboration with development teams and stakeholders.
- Assess technical feasibility and work closely with interdisciplinary IT teams.
- Act as the central point of contact for customers, development teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and position products considering market demands and business goals.
- Provide regular reporting to management and decision-makers on product progress and strategic topics.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in IT product management.
- Experience in developing and implementing product strategies and business models.
- Knowledge of agile methods and practical experience in roles such as Product Owner or Business Analyst.
- Experience in formulating, structuring, and prioritizing requirements, e.g., as user stories.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
