Join a global leader in special foundation engineering machinery to manage the product lifecycle of diaphragm wall equipment, drive innovation, and collaborate internationally.
Responsibilities
- Manage the product lifecycle for diaphragm wall cutter equipment, milling machines, and hose handling systems.
- Analyze market, customer, and technology trends to develop product strategies, innovations, and new business opportunities.
- Lead development projects from concept to market launch, including defining requirements and creating specifications.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and group subsidiaries, providing technical customer consulting and product launch support.
- Continuously optimize products by evaluating customer feedback, analyzing equipment performance, and maintaining an international network of customers and industry partners.
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent qualification, or extensive experience in special foundation engineering.
- Strong technical understanding with in-depth knowledge of diaphragm wall and special foundation engineering methods.
- High initiative, assertiveness, and communication skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a structured and independent working style.
- Enjoy working in international and interdisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally and good English skills, both written and spoken.
