Responsibilities
- Analyze user feedback, bugs, and market trends to generate data-driven insights for product teams.
- Balance product quality and innovation on the roadmap, pioneering new customer segments for user-centric development.
- Monitor competitive movements, strategic analyses, industry trends, and customer needs to inform product direction.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to validate opportunities and translate market demand into a long-term product strategy.
- Lead product responsibility for large, cross-departmental projects to ensure successful implementation.
- Work closely with product teams, commercial, operations, and management to align product decisions with business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software, SaaS, platforms, or similarly complex environments.
- Proven track record in building and evolving products in early stages.
- Strong understanding of customer problems, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to shape product strategy and positioning.
- Ability to link product decisions to customer value, scalability, and business outcomes, collaborating closely with commercial teams.
- Technical background or experience with tech projects, able to discuss solutions with engineers and non-technical colleagues.
- Skilled in aligning diverse stakeholders toward a common goal while maintaining product focus.
- German at C2 level and fluent English, as the role involves occasional customer contact in the DACH region.
