Product Owner - M365 Copilot & AI Platforms
Seeking a Product Owner to strategically steer and develop M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other AI platforms at a banking company. Responsible for roadmap, use case evaluation, and ensuring business value through prioritization and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Strategically steer and develop M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other AI platforms, including defining target vision, use cases, and roadmap.
- Evaluate submitted use cases in collaboration with the internal team, focusing on feasibility, effort, and costs.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the strategic development of applications throughout their lifecycle, including assessing, prioritizing, and classifying new platform features and releases.
- Ensure integration of Copilot functionalities into core business processes and promote adoption and sustainable usage.
- Integrate Copilot into the internal data and application landscape.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly information security, data protection, and AI governance.
- Act as the central interface between business, IT, and governance functions.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a steering role such as Application Ownership, Product Management, or Platform Management with responsibility for business-critical applications.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, and their use in enterprise processes, with relevant certifications (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio).
- Solid knowledge of generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), and experience in evaluating different model classes (e.g., GPT-based models, Claude) regarding use cases, governance implications, and risks.
- Experience with agent-based solutions and AI workflows (e.g., Copilot Studio), particularly from an integration and application perspective.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking environment, especially information security, data protection, and AI-related governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, complemented by a confident demeanor, high reliability, and strong team-oriented and cross-functional collaboration.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
