Seeking a Product Owner / App Manager to drive the development and optimization of a mobile app at a telecommunications company. You will bridge operational teams and developers, focusing on usability and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Capture, analyze, and evaluate operational requirements
- Collaborate closely with on-site mobile communications teams
- Translate functional specifications into structured briefings for the development team in India
- Drive the conceptual development of the app with a clear focus on usability
- Optimize existing processes and digitally redesign workflows
Requirements
- Initial experience as a Product Owner, in product management, or a comparable role is desirable
- Digital native with a strong understanding of digital processes and tools
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured, independent working style
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mediate between operational teams and developers
- High degree of personal responsibility and self-organization
- Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 1 week per month)
- Programming knowledge is desirable
