Responsibilities
- Own the continuous development of the app for healthcare professionals, collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative features.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on user needs, market demands, and key product KPIs.
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle from discovery and delivery to successful release.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX Design, and internal stakeholders to make informed product decisions based on technical and business requirements.
- Analyze product performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and continuously optimize the user journey within the app.
- Drive the adoption and integration of AI across the product and the development process.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS, software, platform, or app environment.
- Proven experience in building and scaling digital products, with a strong background in product discovery, data-driven decision-making, and agile development.
- Solid technical understanding to grasp architectural decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and collaborate with Engineering as an equal partner.
- Passion for AI-powered products, modern technologies, and innovative approaches to product development.
- Strong analytical thinking, a pragmatic mindset, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
- Excellent German and fluent English skills.
