Join a leading manufacturer of educational facility systems as a Product Manager. You will bridge market needs and technical development, driving product portfolio management and innovation in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, develop, and document the product portfolio
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and innovation potential
- Contribute to innovation and product improvement projects, including partial or full project leadership
- Act as the interface between market (sales, key account, marketing, customers, planners) and technology (development, engineering, production, assembly)
- Plan and manage product introductions, changes, and phase-outs
- Conduct market, competitive, and pricing analyses
- Develop and implement marketing concepts in collaboration with the marketing department (social media, trade fairs, etc.)
- Create, maintain, and document product data, calculations, product requirements, and specifications as a basis for portfolio development
- Serve as the contact person for product-related inquiries within the company
Requirements
- Ideally a degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in product management, international technical marketing, or sales
- Good technical understanding with a structured and analytical working style
- Organizational skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork
- Commercial, analytical, and conceptual abilities
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
- Strong communication skills, an open demeanor, and initiative
