Join a leading manufacturer of educational facility systems as a Product Manager. You will bridge market needs and technical development, driving product portfolio management and innovation in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, develop, and document the product portfolio
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and innovation potential
  • Contribute to innovation and product improvement projects, including partial or full project leadership
  • Act as the interface between market (sales, key account, marketing, customers, planners) and technology (development, engineering, production, assembly)
  • Plan and manage product introductions, changes, and phase-outs
  • Conduct market, competitive, and pricing analyses
  • Develop and implement marketing concepts in collaboration with the marketing department (social media, trade fairs, etc.)
  • Create, maintain, and document product data, calculations, product requirements, and specifications as a basis for portfolio development
  • Serve as the contact person for product-related inquiries within the company

Requirements

  • Ideally a degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in product management, international technical marketing, or sales
  • Good technical understanding with a structured and analytical working style
  • Organizational skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork
  • Commercial, analytical, and conceptual abilities
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
  • Strong communication skills, an open demeanor, and initiative
