Product Manager
Seeking a Product Manager to lead private label product strategy across all channels. You will manage end-to-end product development, supplier relationships, and market analysis to drive growth in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage private label products across all stationary and digital channels, including international markets.
- Oversee the entire product development process from requirements and pricing to packaging for machinery categories such as power tools and garden equipment.
- Ensure product availability while strictly adhering to cost calculations and timelines.
- Independently manage supplier relationships and establish new partnerships in coordination with sourcing offices in Asia, including on-site visits.
- Conduct negotiations with global suppliers and agencies to secure optimal terms.
- Analyze market needs, trends, and competitor pricing to optimize the category mix.
- Use data-driven price and assortment analyses to deliver the best offers to customers.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in private label importing or product development.
- Completed university degree.
- Fluent English skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Strong customer-centric mindset, aligning product decisions with customer needs.
- Entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to balance revenue, margin, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel customer journeys.
- Extensive knowledge of national and international procurement markets and efficient logistics.
- Data affinity to drive product decisions and identify trends.
- Hands-on mentality and strong team spirit.
