Drive the growth of AI agents from initial hypothesis to scaled success. Collaborate with product management to design and run rapid experiments, using prototyping tools like Claude. Work in a 300-employee owner-managed SaaS company in Düsseldorf.
Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities and design experiments
- Implement experiments including prototyping with tools such as Claude
- Run fast learning cycles instead of lengthy research processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to scale successful initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth, product, or experimentation environments
- Growth mindset and hands-on mentality
- Basic methodological understanding of testing procedures
- German at least C1 level
- Ability to work on-site in Düsseldorf 2–3 days per week
Benefits
- Salary range €55,000–70,000 per year
