Power Platform Developer & Product Owner

Join a defense technology company in Stuttgart, Germany, as a Power Platform Developer & Product Owner. This hybrid role combines hands-on development with product ownership, driving automation and efficiency for critical missions. You will build enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite and lead agile delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop enterprise applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse, following data modeling best practices.
  • Create Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Build AI agents using Copilot Studio or similar tools to enhance automation.
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Power Platform modernization, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Own and refine the product backlog, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and prioritize features based on business value.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, end-users, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, validate delivered features, and drive adoption of Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Monitor platform adoption and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and new features.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of specialized experience.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas/Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and SharePoint.
  • Prior experience in a software development team using Agile methodology.
  • Ability to document system processes and architecture.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE) and PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.
  • TESA eligibility.

Nice to have

  • Experience creating and maintaining enterprise-level Power Apps.
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio agents, AI Builder, or custom AI connectors in DoD IL4/IL5 environments.
  • Agile/Scrum certifications (SAFe, ICAgile, PMI-ACP) or PMP.
  • Understanding of Department of Defense Military Standards and J6 systems.
  • Experience with DoD IT security requirements.
