Join a remote-first consulting agency that partners with clients to solve complex challenges through technology. As a Product Manager, you will guide product strategy, manage client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver valuable digital solutions from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Manage client expectations across multiple projects from onboarding through sustainment.
  • Understand and communicate the client's problem space, value proposition, solution, user experience, and product strategy.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to inform product decisions.
  • Lead discovery workshops, client interviews, and product roadmap creation.
  • Gather requirements, write user stories, and manage the product backlog.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, prioritization, and scope definition.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support the team in shaping solutions, refining user experience, and ensuring quality.
  • Contribute to UX documentation, reports, proposals, and process improvements.
  • Evaluate product success and advise clients on lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or digital project management.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with diverse clients.
  • Experience managing digital products from concept to completion.
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Owner.
  • Ability to strategically analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and report-writing abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in facilitating meetings and workshops.
