Join a collaborative digital product team to own and optimize customer-facing products, focusing on adoption, engagement, and conversion. This role is based in Calgary with a 4-day on-site schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize existing customer-facing digital products to improve adoption, engagement, and conversion.
  • Analyze product performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Build and maintain product roadmaps, balancing business priorities, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner with design to assess customer journeys, identify friction points, and shape experience improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to align on priorities.
  • Support feature planning for loyalty, referral, incentive, protection, and emerging digital program experiences.
  • Use data, research, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Leverage AI-native tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Figma to enhance productivity and decision-making.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to maintain momentum amid shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a high-growth startup, scale-up, or technology company.
  • Based in Calgary with the ability to work closely with local stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing existing digital products.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to assess performance and recommend improvements.
  • Background in science, engineering, mathematics, economics, business, or a related analytical discipline preferred.
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, digital experience optimization, and product performance metrics.
  • Comfort working with designers to translate insights into clear product improvements.
  • High emotional intelligence: collaborative, calm under pressure, and able to build trust with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to explain trade-offs and keep teams aligned.
  • AI-native working style with active use of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Figma.
  • Bias toward action, continuous improvement, and practical problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Experience with loyalty, referral, rewards, customer incentive, protection, subscription, or demand-response products.
