Senior Game Producer
Lead the direction and lifecycle of overseas casual mobile games, coordinating development through launch and ongoing operations. Use market research and performance data to guide product decisions and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own gameplay and design direction for overseas casual mobile games.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including roadmaps, milestones, scope, budget, and delivery.
- Research global market trends, popular games, and competitors to inform product strategy.
- Coordinate design, art, and engineering teams to maintain development progress and quality.
- Lead soft launches, global releases, and long-term live operations; assess post-launch performance and plan improvements.
- Partner with data teams to monitor retention, average revenue per daily active user (ARPDAU), and lifetime value (LTV), and drive data-informed optimization.
- Run agile workflows using Jira and Confluence; identify and report risks early and maintain transparent progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in the game industry, including 3 or more years with mobile free-to-play games.
- A track record of launching and iterating casual games from concept to release, with team management experience.
- Practical experience and strong understanding of free-to-play game economies and live operations.
- Fluent English and experience managing remote or distributed teams.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Nice to have
- Experience with casual, puzzle, or hybrid-casual games.
- Game design or production experience in Western markets.
- Experience working with user acquisition or marketing teams during soft launch.
