VFX Artist
Join a game development team creating visual effects for mobile and PC projects. The role covers environmental phenomena, mechanical motion, gameplay feedback, and stylized effects.
Responsibilities
- Create complex natural effects such as tornadoes, lightning, and atmospheric phenomena
- Visualize rotating mechanisms, blades, motion trails, and damage effects
- Create stylized VFX that provide clear impact and hit feedback for gameplay
Requirements
- Experience creating VFX in Unity using Particle System or VFX Graph
- Basic proficiency with Blender or Maya for mesh-based effects
- Understanding of PBR and confident use of Shader Graph or Cg/HLSL
- Strong sense of stylization and balance between physicality and visual emphasis
- Ability to create custom textures and sprite sheets using Photoshop, Substance Designer, EmberGen, or similar tools
