Project Manager
Lead the execution of capital equipment projects for aseptic processing and freeze-drying solutions in the pharmaceutical sector. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage international customer expectations, and oversee cost and variance reporting. Requires 4–6 years in process equipment and a Bachelor's in engineering.
Responsibilities
- Manage large capital process equipment projects, with a focus on aseptic systems
- Build and maintain international customer relationships
- Coordinate cross-departmental responsibilities to ensure global project success
- Support fellow project managers during the onboarding phase before independently leading projects
- Contribute to the development of large-scale industrial equipment for pharmaceutical applications
- Oversee cost variance reporting and facilitate coordination between customers and internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in process equipment
- Experience supporting customer relationships on million-dollar projects from order through installation
- Working knowledge of large capital process equipment; aseptic experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to act as a technical liaison between customers and vendors
- Self-motivated, efficient, and capable of working independently in a cross-functional environment
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally
