Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-organizational projects from initiation through implementation
- Gather requirements, define specifications, and coordinate integrations
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate and motivate teams and departments without direct reporting relationships
- Oversee implementation and adoption with senior stakeholders and end users
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Business Administration with an Information Systems specialization
- At least 3 years of experience managing information systems projects
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, cross-organizational projects with multiple implementation stages
- Experience coordinating and motivating teams and departments without direct authority
- Experience mapping processes, gathering requirements, analyzing gaps, and writing technical and functional specifications
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases
Nice to have
- Technical familiarity with Salesforce
- Familiarity with insurance and pension marketing systems
