Project Manager responsible for overseeing public works construction projects valued between $2M and $20M. Manages contracts, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure projects are built to plans and specifications. Requires 3+ years of construction project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage public works construction projects from contract award through project closeout.
- Write and administer contracts, and lead the formal change-order and approval process.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating trades, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Provide clear direction to project teams and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Oversee both ground-up and remodel projects ranging from $2M to $20M.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Project Manager experience in commercial or public-sector construction.
- Ability to work within strict plans-and-specifications requirements and formal public-sector approval processes.
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and contract-writing skills.
- Self-starter who takes ownership and drives projects to completion.
- Based in or willing to relocate long-term to the Corpus Christi area.
Nice to have
- Public works construction experience strongly preferred.

- $90,000 – $140,000 base salary
