Manage disaster restoration projects from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors, ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. On-site in Bloomington, IN. Full-time with benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage restoration projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors and materials for assigned jobs
- Document job progress with photos
- Respond to emergency work in a timely manner
- Ensure all jobs remain on schedule and within budget
- Participate in weekly on-call rotation
- Attend weekly production meetings
- Perform job site clean-up and material pick-up/delivery
- Accurately track labor costs and time
- Follow purchase order process for materials and labor
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving history
