Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction and real estate projects, including due diligence, quality control, team coordination, and business development. Requires 5+ years in construction project management, strong communication, and relevant certifications. Travel to job sites required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Conduct plan and cost reviews, site observations, and property condition reports.
  • Perform due diligence for proposed developments.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Support senior leadership with business development, presentations, and research.
  • Mentor and guide project team members, ensuring high-quality work product.
  • Monitor project data, utilization, and deadlines to meet budget and profitability targets.
  • Travel frequently to job sites in New York and New Jersey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience (or Master’s with 3+ years, or 8+ years without degree).
  • Solid construction project management experience.
  • Knowledge of construction and construction administration.
  • Familiarity with housing, retail, and commercial design or construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications such as AC, CPC, LEED AP, PE, PMP, RA, RICS.
  • Bluebeam proficiency.
  • Advanced degree.
