Experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Responsible for client management, team leadership, and thorough project controls. Requires 5+ years in construction management, strong communication, and financial skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and serve as primary liaison
- Plan, organize, and direct project management functions through all phases
- Oversee preconstruction activities: design management, schedule management, budgeting, contract administration
- Lead construction phase: contractor management, procurement, risk management, quality assurance, safety
- Maintain cost and status reports
- Manage closeout process per specifications
- Mentor project support staff
- Contribute to business development and staff development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or relevant experience)
- 5-10 years of construction project management experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, numeracy, and financial management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
Nice to have
- Experience in airport, private new build (high rise), or hospitality construction
