Project Manager
Lead and coordinate all phases of commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Manage project budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control. Collaborate with design and field teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution from preconstruction to completion.
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure accurate billing.
- Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and design team.
- Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor bidding.
- Uphold safety standards and lead site planning and project reviews.
- Produce pay applications and manage project closeout procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience as a project manager or superintendent.
- OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with construction scheduling software (ASTA, Primavera).
- Experience with estimating software (Timberline, Beck).
- Proficiency with PDF tools (Bluebeam, Adobe).
- Knowledge of building codes, inspections, and site logistics.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in construction.
