Oversee all phases of project delivery from initiation to completion. Lead cross-functional teams, define scope, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure objectives are met. Report on progress and risks to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, and detailed schedules; track milestones and progress.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication.
- Assist in vendor selection and negotiation; oversee external consultants and contractors.
- Monitor and report on project performance, addressing issues and risks.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Enforce 5S standards for workplace organization.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to delivery
Nice to have
- PMP certification preferred
