Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and work breakdown to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage budgets and control costs to eliminate net profit variance.
- Oversee project communications and maintain issue tracking systems.
- Apply PMBOK/PMP methodologies to continuously improve project execution.
- Negotiate with stakeholders on price, delivery, and scope changes.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct system inspections and verify compliance with requirements.
- Analyze cost data to drive future process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical or engineering field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects within budgets and timelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical documents and regulations.
- Mathematical proficiency in probability, statistics, and geometry.
- Problem-solving abilities for practical situations with limited standardization.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%.

- AutoCAD and mechanical design experience
