Data Analyst
Analyze the user journey and product performance for a digital software marketplace and internal marketing platform. Work with Product and Marketing teams to identify opportunities in acquisition, conversion, monetization, and retention. The role is fully on-site in Belgrade; candidates may relocate
Responsibilities
- Analyze the user journey and identify funnel drop-offs
- Monitor product and monetization metrics, including CTR, conversion, RPM, ARPU, retention, LTV, CAC, and ROAS
- Analyze large volumes of impressions, clicks, and user event data
- Conduct funnel, cohort, segmentation, and retention analysis
- Plan and analyze A/B tests
- Investigate performance changes and distinguish behavioral, product, marketing, tracking, and data-quality causes
- Query raw data and collaborate with developers to resolve tracking and data issues
- Build dashboards and communicate recommendations to Product and Marketing teams
Requirements
- At least 3 years of data analytics experience, preferably with digital products
- Strong SQL and practical Python experience
- Experience with product analytics, user behavior, funnels, cohorts, retention, and segmentation
- Experience handling large-scale event-level or tracking data
- Strong knowledge of statistics and A/B testing
- Experience with business and monetization metrics, including CTR, conversion, ARPU, LTV, CAC, and ROAS
- Experience with Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
- Able to investigate raw data, data-quality issues, and tracking problems
- English at B2 level and fluent Serbian
- Based in Belgrade or willing to relocate
Nice to have
- Paid acquisition and attribution experience
- Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Matomo, Snowplow, or similar tools
- Experience with subscription products, app marketplaces, or software distribution
