System Analyst
We are seeking a Processes and Operational Information Systems Analyst to lead critical improvements in business and operational processes. The role involves optimizing the supply chain, improving data in ERP systems (such as Priority), managing interfaces with production systems (MES), and ensuring data quality. Work in a dynamic environment combining analytical thinking with practical implementation of technological and process solutions.
Responsibilities
- Characterize, develop, and improve reports and controls in the Priority system according to organizational needs.
- Analyze data and identify gaps, shortages, and inconsistencies in information managed in systems.
- Responsible for improving, maintaining, and controlling data quality in organizational information systems.
- Manage and support interfaces between the Priority system and the production floor management system (MES), ensuring data reliability and synchronization.
- Identify and address data gaps and faults in reporting and control processes between production systems and the ERP system.
- Examine and improve operational processes along the supply chain from planning to production execution.
- Work continuously with planning, purchasing, production, logistics, quality, and information systems departments.
- Lead process improvement and efficiency projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a role in industrial engineering, information systems, organization and methods, or supply chain.
- Deep familiarity with supply chain, production, and material planning processes.
- Proven experience working with the Priority system, including report characterization and data analysis.
- Strong data analysis skills, ability to draw conclusions, and lead process improvements.
Nice to have
- Experience with production floor management systems (MES) or interfaces between operational systems and ERP systems.
